Has anyone’s ped. recommended your infant be on lactose free formula due to gas and fussiness only? Has it helped, and which brand do you find gentler on tummy, Enfamil lactofree or Similac Sensitive?

I am already on on WIC but today when I was signing my baby up for medical insurance I overheard someone say you can get free diapers if you apply for welfare and such… I was just wondering how you get them because I’m low on diapers and money!
