Does Anyone Know Where To Get Free Legal Advice To Seek Partial Custody Of Child ( For Dads)?
I heard of a place that really helps dads out with this kind of stuff but i cant remember the place, does anyone know of a place in southern cali. My friends ex wont let him see his kid but 1 or 1day in a half a week, if that. She lives in the ghetto with 9 people in a one bedroom. But he is scared if he reports her they will take the baby away, and he wants him at least 3 in a half days out of the week . does anyone know what he can do??? and what rights she has due to her being illegal? plz help. oh and they are not married…..thx

He should call the local Legal Aid Society. If she is here illegally, and he is not, he should get full custody, and she should be deported to her country of citizenship.
Go online and google “fathers rights” it will link you to dozens of organizations that do nothing but help fathers win rights to be a part of their childrens lives. Hope this helps
Is your friend also illegal? If he is not, then he really does not care for his child and I doubt anyone will help. Why do I say this? Because I am a father and would not allow my child to live in a house with 9 other people. Your friend needs to call CPS and have the child taken away from her. If he is not on the birth certificate, then he should go to a judge for a paternity test order. If he is on the birth certificate, CPS will give the child to him, and court will never have to be involved until she becomes legal and decides to do something about it.
Either way, if I was doing pro-bono work, some kind of organization to help dads, etc. I would not consider this kind of father to be a better parent than the mother. He is more worried about seeing his child than for the child’s well being? That is selfish and ridiculous. He must do what is right- report the situation to CPS. If he is also illegal then there is really nothing he can do.
