Free Baby Clothes?

Well right now we could afford the bare things a carseat, diapers , wipes etc.
Does anyone know any free baby clothes sites? Thanks so much. Im so embrassed to be asking this.

Don’t be embarrassed. Times are hard for everyone right now. It’s not hard to dress kids on pittance. I have 4 kids and I rarely ever buy them clothes. When I do it’s from the thrift store. I have been known to outfit one child for a whole season for $10 from thrift stores and garage sales. The great thing about baby clothes is they outgrow them so quickly that used clothes can be almost like new.
Also check Freecycle and Craigslist. Get involved in the regional forums at Mothering.com and ask. If you have play groups in your area, get to know some of the moms in them. If you are involved in a church, ask the person in charge of benevolence. If you have family or friends who want to give gifts, ask for gift cards or at least gift receipts so you can return anything you don’t need in place of clothes. Also, some communities and churches hold swaps- where everyone brings in things they don’t need and leaves with someone else’s things they do need.

well I dont know of any places to get free baby clothes, but it is garage sale season, so drive around and look for the signs. you can always get great bargins on baby gear and clothes at garage sales. And even if you dont live in a upscale neighborhood, go to the sales in those kinds of neighborhoods they have the best deals to offer you, and really nice stuff!!!
Check on craigslist.org in you area. A lot of people give away baby clothes or sell them for next to nothing. Don’t be embarrassed we have all had difficult times. Have you had a baby shower for this one? maybe register for all clothes.
don’t be embarresed. The baby wont know if he/she isn’t wearing designer clothes. lol
Not sure on websites but you could also look at garage sales and probably get some really cheap stuff for a few dollars.

Go to your local pregnancy center I know I had the same problem and they were able to help me. Or try craigslist.org and post to the wanted ads or even freecycle.org maybe someone in your area can help. Best of luck!
dont be embarrassed, having a baby is tough…type kijiji on your search engine enter your city and they have a buy and sell colum with cheap clothes!!
call the churches in your area or the des office in your area for help good luck
go on craigslist there lots of baby items cheap and some free baby clothes adds all the time
