Give the Nestle Goodstart Supreme a try. It is easier for baby to digest, the proteins are broken down. It have had two problem babies with formula and both times ended up with Goodstart. If you stick with Soy they do make a soy formula.

Why are you using formula if your breastfeeding? Baby is only 2 weeks old, right now you have to nurse on demand and not supplement or you will not raise your milk supply to what baby needs.
Unless your baby was loosing a lot of weight ( more than just a few oz ) and not peeing and pooping enough, your Dr was wrong. They often are. I doubt at 2 weeks that they were able to make that assessment. Your Dr is going to sabotage your breastfeeding. Talk to a lactation consultant. If you keep using formula you will not raise your milk supply. Read this, it gives information on low supply http://www.kellymom.com/bf/supply/low-su…
Here is how to wean from supplimenting toohttp://www.kellymom.com/bf/supply/decrea…

Since you are breastfeeding, why not try doing that exclusively and forget about the formula for now, especially if your baby is showing signs of allergies or sensitivities?
Your breasts will keep up with the demand if he is nursing frequently.

Why are you giving formula if you are breastfeeding? All formula is going to do is affect your supply. If you feel the need to give a bottle then i would suggest getting a pump.
If you have a supply issue and need to supplement, try enfamil. I don;t produce adequate milk due to a deformity, and thats the brand I supplement with. It smells better than any other formula when mixed, and my son tolerates it fine.
edit: are you giving the formula in bottles or in an sns feeder? I use the sns, it enables me to breastfeed and suppliment at the same time. talk to a lactation nurse about using one.http://medelabreastfeedingus.com/product…

First, a pump isn't a good indication of how much milk you have, baby always gets more than the pump.
Instead of a doctor, you need a Lactation Consultant. Make sure they are an "IBCLC" consultant. Call your local hospital and ask if they have one on staff or know where to find one.
IBCLC Consultants can help you in ways that doctors can’t because they are specially trained. Most doctors don’t have the first clue about nursing, but lactation consultants can truly help you.
I had a low supply and a meeting with my lactation consultant set me on the course to exclusively nursing. They fixed our latch and got me some tools to help fix my supply. You can totally do it. I don’t have a good formula for you, but I just wanted to give you a note of encouragement and tell you that I’ve been there and it worked out (after I did some hard work.)
