If I Join Weight Watchers, Will They Give Me Vegetarian, Lactose Free Options?
I recently had a baby and now have to be in a wedding in May, so I want to lose the baby weight, about 15 pounds right now (but ultimately about 25 or 30).
The problem is, I am mostly lactose intolerant and I do not eat meat. I am worried about the high fat content in some of the things I eat to get protein, such as nuts. I would love to learn some lower-fat options and want to know if weight watchers would be able to teach me these things (or where else I can learn this stuff).
My sister-in-law did weight watchers and it worked great for her. Polite answers only, please! Thanks…

Yes they can, there are other rules that they will talk to you about at the first meeting that go especially with vegans and such.
everything is a point system, so basically what you eat now should work well.
good luck
Be sensible. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
I recommend weight watchers, they give you the skills to control your own diet. I think they have some special diet sheets as well, but the idea of weight watchers is that you learn how to do it yourself, They will not tell youwhat to eat and what not to. I lost over 75 in one year going to weight watchers and have kept most of this off.
Yes.
I am not sure how weight watchers would work out for a lactose intolerant vegetarian. I would suggest replacing some meals with a whey protein shake, you can mix the powder with water.
weight watchers i think still does the point system, where all foods are allotted a point value, and you are supposed to stay within your limit based on your age, weight and height. i dont think they give you tons of recipes, but there are WW books that have recipes. WW stresses vegetables the most, they are almost all zero points, bc its hard to eat too many carrots or celery. good luck
