I’m Starting My Daughter On Cereal, Beechnut Vs Gerber?

With my older daughter, I always used Gerber, b/c that is what my own mother used. But this time around, a friend who had a baby earlier this year had a bunch of boxes of Beechnut leftover, still all in the original wrappers. What does everyone think about Beechnut vs Gerber? Should I use the free stuff or stick with Gerber? Any thoughts?

use the free stuff first of course. saves you money.
then use gerber.
It doesn’t really matter which one you use. The cereal is pretty much all the same. As long as the food isn’t expired, then go for it. When it comes to solids, it’s a different story. While I make the majority of my sons food, if I have to buy jar food I stick with Gerber. To me, Beechnut has too many additives in some of their formulas.
might sound silly but i use the beechnut bc i like that it has a screw on spout and gerber doesnt….and it is a little cheaper i think..but the top is so much less messy than those flip down spouts; my dd likes it just fine, of course she hasn’t had any other kind,…….
BEECHNUT IS SO MUCH BETTER!!! I ALWAYS THOUGHT GERBER TOO. I THOUGHT BEECHNUT WAS THE OFF BRAND. I WAS WRONG! BEECHNUT IS GREAT! GERBER HAS ALL KINDS OF FILLERS! MY BABY CANT EAT THAT CRAP!!! IVE LEARNED TO ALWAYS LOOK AT THE INGREDIENTS!
i think you should use the free stuff, its pretty much the same. Just remember to check the expiration date. If your daughter doesnt like it you could always change,
They are basically the same thing. Check the nutrition info on the side. I would use the free ones if the dates on them are still recent.
It makes absolutely no difference. Ones just as good as the other.. Use them both if u want. Just check the Expiration date (if it has one)
it doesnt really matter its all the same and beechnut is pretty good thats what i use and if you dont have to spend money why spend???
a rose is a rose is a rose…use the free stuff haha
I liked beechnut for my son.
