I use it, I have oily skin and rosacea, it doesn't get caked on if I reapply durring the day. For extra coverage I use a powder puff (smooth not the fluffy kind). It's never cause a breakout and it has excellent coverage. Plus, it's much less expensive than it's counterpart Sheer Coverage, less steps in the application process also. I hope this helps.
