		<description>Yes it&#039;s hypo-allergenic and does not clog pores (oil-free).   I use it, I have oily skin and rosacea, it doesn&#039;t get caked on if I reapply durring the day.  For extra coverage I use a powder puff (smooth not the fluffy kind).  It&#039;s never cause a breakout and it has excellent coverage. Plus, it&#039;s much less expensive than it&#039;s counterpart Sheer Coverage, less steps in the application process also.
