Is This Sexual Harrassment Or Just Free Positive Advertising?

Last night I felt up a ‘working womans’ goodies and hollered “oh baby thats the good stuff!” on a downtown street corner … I was just trying to help but she didn’t seem too appreciative? What do you think?
