Seen commercials on it but haven’t wrote down the name. Searched Wal-Mart and Target and no luck. You can tuck the bottle beside the baby and not worry about them dropping the bottle. Suppose to be good for car rides or when parents are busy and baby is hungry. Anyone know what I am talking about? Please help.

Wow, some people answering this question are hilarious!
What you are talking about is the podee, and I have seen it in the back of Toys R Us, which is the Babies R Us section. This is the pnly place I have seen it. The nipple part is like a pacifier, and I loved it- it worked perfectly while we were on long car rides. To suggest that you are being unresponsible or missing out on bonding while feeding your baby by not pulling off the road is ridiculous. Try it, it’s really a great bottle to use on trips!
“Parents are busy”????????
Too busy to hold and feed your baby? Please tell me you aren’t too busy for your own child!
You need more than a special bottle right now. You need to get your priorities in order.
Babies deserve more.
No one wants to sit in a car for three hours straight. Stop and take a break to feed and hold you baby. I’m sure the child needs a diaper change during the car ride as well. Do you just let the child sit in it’s waste for three hours because you’re too busy to stop? Get a clue!
please don’t shirk your responsibility but be there for your baby. When you use that “mechanical bottle” your child could get too much milk along with earaches (from laying and drinking) and swallow too much air (and be a full-time crying baby). I don’t think you want the results of what that mechanical bottle can bring you. I don’t understand what you mean it’s “suppoed to be good for car rides”…what? when you go on car rides the child is supposed to be in one of those bumper seats in the middle of the back seat and not laying there drinking milk. Please become a responsible parent, you’re supposed to learn to bind with your child not be a “busy parent”.

I dont see how that could be safe. I suppose it isnt surprising that someone would come up with an invention to keep the parents from taking a few moments to actually watch and hold the baby while he or she is having a bottle. No offense against anyone wanting to try it but it just seems wrong.
OMG. I bought one, a podee bottle at Babies R us.
Let me tell you…waste of money….
My son couldn’t get the formula through the tube, so my husband tried and I tried and we couldn’t get water to come the tube when sucking on the nipple.
It’s not worth it. In my opinion
I was registering on the Babies R Us website yesterday and saw this-not sure you can buy it in the stores, but they did have it available on line!

I had your problem too I saw it on Baby Story.. anyways they have it at Babies R Us but I ordered it off line http://www.podee.com/
I just got the nipple and tube but it didnt work to good w. the bottles I had so I recommend getting the bottle and nipple together because it works soo much better …
Hatinmsn – its not so you dont have to take time to feed your baby but its really helpful exspecially when you are driving and the baby wants to eat… I travel back and forth to NY from NC and its alot easier.. and plus some parents have more than one baby and so personally I think its better then having your baby scream because you are on the highway and cant pull over or are stuck in traffic .. or whatever the case may be
I would love one of those fore when I have to drive 3 hours to see the in-laws NOT because I am too busy. Some are TOO quick to Judge!!!!!!!!!!!!
People took advantage of this product, got lazy and let their babies feed themselves… food is an emotional source of trust for babies, they need to be held and fed. In many places they were recommended to be removed from shelves in many stores- our local Babies R Us took them off the shelves when a group of pediatricians sent a letter. 5-10 years ago, you could find them everwhere, but not anymore.
It does seem OK for occassional car rides or if you have a “litter of multiples,” on TV I noticed the Gosselins had a few of them – that just seems logical in their case. http://www.bonnybabies.com/feedinghf.htm

Perfect for busy moms!!!
I wouldn’t suggest you use this product, even if you find it. It sounds like the way you give your Guinea pig water. Snuggle that baby when you feed it. That’s what is best for the baby. You’re a mom now, that’s all you get to be concerned about anymore…what’s best for the baby not you.
What if your baby starts to choke when you are driving down the road using this product? Are you comfortable with that? I’m not.
