In many places they were recommended to be removed from shelves in many stores- our local Babies R Us took them off the shelves when a group of pediatricians sent a letter. 5-10 years ago, you could find them everwhere, but not anymore. My son couldn't get the formula through the tube, so my husband tried and I tried and we couldn't get water to come the tube when sucking on the nipple. It's not worth it. In my opinion OMG.
