Yes, it does. I am a makeup artist and I am adamant about using products that are cruelty free. I do all skin types and ethnicities and the best foundation I have used is by Faerie Organic Minerals. They do not test on animals, their makeup is amazing. It covers acne, rosacea, really well while being light, airy, natural looking and leaves a dewy glow which makes for a healthy complexion, not dull like store brands. The nice thing about their makeup is it actually helps rosacea and acne due to the Zinc Oxide and Boron Nitride, it gets better with use. This is the only makeup I have found that has so many pros. Here is my list of pros……….
1)they are all natural, cruelty free, No preservatives, no chemicals
2)they help skin conditions like acne and rosacea due to the zinc oxide (anti-inflammatory) and boron nitride(anti-bacterial, skin soother and protector)
3)Their makeup is light, airy, looks like your skin only better, leaves you dewy and flawless, conceals redness and acne very well and stays put all day even in extreme heat.
4)They don’t coat their makeup with (dimethicone, silicone and other undesirable ingredients)
5)They don’t use microparticles and nanoparticles (some mineral companies use these and they are bad to inhale)
6)They are more affordable than most brands, yet work better
7)They have a free sample kit that comes with 2 foundations, sheer veil (oil absorber), and bronzer
This is just some of my list, I have used many other brands including BARE ESCENTUALS (which I would never recommend due to the fact they use bismuth oxychloride which is not an actual mineral but a metal that has been processed with tin and copper and can cause skin aggravation including rash, itching and acne) and it does not even compare to the pros in faerie organic’s makeup.
I really recommend you try the free sample kit so you can see how well it covers your rosacea, I think you will be very impressed. You can see the photos on their site they have a before and after of a girl with a very red face, I think that gives you an idea (having rosacea).

idk. but i use foundation from orgins.
its all natural and doesnt clog your pores.
helps your skin. it looks natural.
i recommend it.

I personally don’t use makeup that much BUT my cousin was telling me about bare minerals. She said that it has a lot of steps but the end result is wonderful and feels very light. You should give it a try.

A good friend of mine is vegan, and she has many of the same concerns as you when it comes to not being tested on animals and wanting things to be more natural instead of really synthetic.
She swears by Physicians Formula’s Organic Wear. It’s 100% natural, and not tested on animals. She loves it, and she is able to cover her perma-red cheeks with it with ease.

I’m not sure about foundations but clinique makes a great make-up primer that is green tinted and helps take down the redness. What ever you put on top of it looks amazing. I love there stuff because it is all Fragrancee free and allergy tested do really nice for sensitive skin.
