that know have and end using diaper because don’t know better than to hold it.

My son is 2 years old and 5 months, he has been diaper free for a week, his daycare teacher said he doesn’t use potty at school but the minutes I pick him up he wets his pants on the drive home, I am worried why he is afraid to use the bathroom at daycare. Any one can relate? I am worried.
