I have been researching endless brands of BPA free bottles because of the hazards that exist with plastic and especially reheating plastic for baby milk/formula. I have come across a few and I have read countless reviews but now I would like the advice from some other mothers that have used these bottles. Ideally I would like to have a glass bottle because the concerns with chemicals do not exist here. However my main concern is the bottle breaking or when my child gets older and like most children do, start tossing bottles around. The last thing I want is glass to be all over or a fear of them putting it in their mouth. The next type I have looked at are the BPA free plastic bottles but my main concern with these is still the plastic. Even though the BPA is not present something else harmful could be. The brands I have considered are the following:
Evenflo classic glass bottle
Dr. Browns’ glass & plastic BPA free
BornFree glass & plastic
Evenflo BPA free plastic
Playtex Ventair BPA free
Advent BPA free
Any Suggestions?

My daughter is currently on Enfamil A+ and I’ve noticed a slight rash on her belly and forehead. She also spits up alot and is very fussy. She is 4 months old now and i was breastfeeding up until 2months but had to stop. I also just found out it this formula has corn syrup in it. I thought it was only the lactose free and soy formulas that had corn syrup. Anyways, any suggestions for easy to digest formulas without corn syrup that would help with sensitivity and spitting up would be great! Thank You!
Also i have tried Enfamil Gentlease and my daughter was even worse on it.

My 5.5 month old has had diarrhea for the past 3 days and has become very raw on his bottom from it. I have been putting aveeno diaper rash and a&d with zinc/aloe and cornstarch and nothing is helping, his butt is so sore he screams and stiffens when I change him and it takes his breath away. I took him to the doctor and she gave me yeast meds, but their not helping either. I don’t know what else to do! I’m not using baby wipes just warm water and cloth. I’m giving him plenty of diaper free time and I also change him as soon as it comes out. Please help, if you know anything that will work.

Hi,
My little girl is 3 weeks old and is suffering from wind after her feeds. I manage to burp her after every once or so and although she does free up alot of wind, she still suffers afterwards with wind when I put her down in her crib.
I am currently on SMA Gold and she is having around 4oz every 3-4 hours, sometimes she seems to still want more, although if I give her more she will become sicky.
The HV advised me to give her cooled boiled water inbetween feeds if she still seems hungry, which seems to be working, but my concern is her wind that causes her to be very unsettled especially at night.
Do you think I should change formula and if so, which formula is the best for windy babies?
I’m in the UK
Many Thanks x

There are some others i didn’t mention, but which one is your favorite? Or which one do you recommend? I heard that ALOCOHOL-FREE mouthwashes are the best to use to eliminate bad breath, and dry mouth. Crest Pro-Health Rinse is an alocohol-free formula and Listerine isn’t. I am not sure about Scope.

Okay…
this is kind of a weird question but I want as many people to answer as possible and I will pick a best answer. It’s pretty confusing as well because it’s hard to know unless you read the story. I just want to know what you think sorry it’s kind of long.
Now…this is my character. I would like to know…if she were real, would you like her? Would you be her friend?
Her name is Kelsey.
Her personality: She is nice to most everyone except those that don’t deserve it.
Basic summary:
Kelsey isn’t exactly a main character. She’s more the second person. The story is written in first person point of view and it’s basically someone else who envies Kelsey. The first person’s name is Fathom; the main character (the story is called Fathom’s Diary). Kelsey is Fathom’s neighbor and has been for years. Fathom ends up being in the same class as Kelsey and that’s when she really gets to know her.
Kelsey is funny, but does it without trying to be. Most everyone likes her, but she does have some conflict; Fathom’s friend Winona hates Kelsey with a passion and throughout the whole story, gives no reason why (I leave it up to the reader; mostly its because of jealousy though). Now, because Fathom is friends with Winona, she doesn’t really defend Kelsey when Winona picks at her. Kelsey stands up for herself though and she stands up for her own friends when Winona picks on them too. She even makes fun of Winona right back and a few times has made fun of Fathom (This is why; there’s a part in the story where Kelsey overhears Fathom say “I just want to hate Kelsey but I can’t.” And it makes Kelsey feel bad because she thought she and Fathom were friends. So instead, she decides to cut her friendship with Fathom, much to Fathom’s dismay, and basically ignores Fathom most of the time. But then she overhears Winona tell Fathom that Kelsey should die and Fathom laughs and it makes Kelsey really upset. So later on in the story, Fathom wets her pants and the next day Kelsey sets a pack of diapers on Fathom’s desk).
Fathom gets yelled at all the time at home, as does Winona. Kelsey feels a little bad about that and actually defends her once when Fathom’s foster mom yells at her in front of Kelsey. Kelsey says “What do you mean is she done here? It’s her house too. She can’t play a tambourine in her own bedroom?”
Basically, bottom line, long story short, Kelsey is nice to everyone who deserves it, she’s caring, she’s sweet, but at the same time she can be pretty; mean isnt really the right word, but along those lines. She stands up for herself and her friends, her family is really fun and nice, she attends a youth group at a Lutheran church, and she’s just all around seems really cool. That’s how I want her to be.
So…..
if you knew her if she was real, would you like her? Would you think she’s cool? Would you want to be her friend? And would you want to get to know her better?
I’m sorry it’s weird. Again, you kind of have to read the story to get her a little better (does it make you want to?)

what’s better, pampers or huggies? i bought a box of 152 pampers nappies today as they were on offer, but i also got a free starter kit from huggies which included 27 nappies.
a few people have told me that huggies are better, i’m unsure which other nappies to buy? i’m trying to stock up now on them so i don’t have the financial inconvience of them later on, but i’m unsure whether to continue to buy them both, or just one certain kind?
any opinions on this?

What’s the best cleaning formula to clean LCD screen and/or glass? What do you find works the best, is it a homemade formula or a premade one? I am looking to clean my T.V. screen, laptop screen and mirror safely, and so it is left looking shiny, clean, and streak free. Thanks! I will choose a best answer and will give each positive answer a thumbs up.
