I recently had a baby and now have to be in a wedding in May, so I want to lose the baby weight, about 15 pounds right now (but ultimately about 25 or 30).
The problem is, I am mostly lactose intolerant and I do not eat meat. I am worried about the high fat content in some of the things I eat to get protein, such as nuts. I would love to learn some lower-fat options and want to know if weight watchers would be able to teach me these things (or where else I can learn this stuff).
My sister-in-law did weight watchers and it worked great for her. Polite answers only, please! Thanks…

Will this play into her future as well? Does it indicate that she might have a dairy allergy the rest of her life?

my nephew preferred to eat rice instead of his milk, he is only 9 months old, but when we accidentally buy a “LACTOSE FREE” milk he likes it and preferred milk instead of rice. whenever his hungry he chooses milk. and when we get back to a “MILK SUPPLEMENT” milk he just get back on his interest to eat rice instead of his milk.
but the problem is, the LACTOSE FREE milk indicated in its label that the milk is for medication purposes and needs a pediatricians prescription.
can someone give some comment on this?
i’ll appreciate it. thanks!

Hi, can anyone share how a normal healthy 9 week old baby boy supposed to behave before and after feeding when awake? My son’s Dr thinks he could be lactose intolerant because my baby moves alot and never seems to sit quietly. We changed to a lactose free formula and his acne returned and has this phlemy sound in his throat again. This happened when I was still breastfeeding but stopped when we switched to regular formula. He was recently diagnosed with acid reflux but are still confused if this intolerance has anything to do with his reflux?

My baby has gas and spit up. Pedriatician recomended trying the lactose free milk. I’m afraid that the formula is missing nutrients in regular milk. Has anyone given their baby lactose free and if so did your baby continue to gain as much weight as before?
