Just thought it was a little weird that companies would give out coupons for free product. Seems like it would cause them to lose profit. Anyone know anything about this?

My dad’s girlfriend gets 3 or 4 different kinds of formula for infants in the mail all the time. She mainly breastfeeds, but she and my dad both have to work so when he is with my lil brother he gives him either pumped milk or formula. They never have to spend a dime on formula.
I, on the other hand, spend 150 bucks a month on top of what WIC gives me. I tried signing up on the makers’ websites but nothing has ever come. Anyone know some non-gimmick sited that sends you free formula?
(yes, it is kinda weird having a son that is 5 months older than my lil vrother…lol)

I’ve also heard about companies sending you diapers and you test them on you baby and give them your opinion.

Also there are many benefits like less time missing work to care for sick children, fewer doctor visits etc.
Why is there the correlation between formula feeding mothers and younger, less educated, and lower income?
To me breastfeeding would be the ideal solution because it is free and formula cost money.
