I am just wondering why there isnt a system in place that would force people who are on Welfare to give back to the community that is feeding them by doing community service. It would be very simple:
1. The person and all their children must report to Social Services once a week, and prove that they are using the welfare check on bottles and diapers by bringing in store receipts. If they dont do this, then they would not get another check and their children would be taken in by social services until the person has purchased a weeks worth of bottles and diapers.
2. Once they prove they are taking care of their children’s needs, the welfare recipient would then have to do some sort of community service (Mow lawns for public parks, pick up trash off the highway, etc.) for 8 hours a week. During this time, their children would be put in a daycare set up and run by social services.The children would receive one free meal while at this daycare.

ie prams cots etc i have lots id be willing to give people in need! i already no freecycle and gumtree . anyone no anything else? thanks in advance guys , loren x

Online and i was wondering if they actually send the diaper bag in the mail they both come with one .
Did anyone actually receive these baby samples , and do they send them in the mail to you home?
also signed up for huggies and pampers.

I’ve never heard of any gov’t aid program that gives out free diapers.
WIC gives free formula though.

Then do most of the women breastfeed? Everyone that I know who formula feeds gets it for free and I was just wondering, if it wasnt so readily available, would more women choose to breastfeed?

I have heard there is a program that helps teens receive free diapers, help I already search and have found nothing.
