I recently had a baby and now have to be in a wedding in May, so I want to lose the baby weight, about 15 pounds right now (but ultimately about 25 or 30).
The problem is, I am mostly lactose intolerant and I do not eat meat. I am worried about the high fat content in some of the things I eat to get protein, such as nuts. I would love to learn some lower-fat options and want to know if weight watchers would be able to teach me these things (or where else I can learn this stuff).
My sister-in-law did weight watchers and it worked great for her. Polite answers only, please! Thanks…

Ok here is the story i JUST had a baby so i went to walmart i had a ten dollar coupon for pampers from the pampers company so i bought a big box of pampers the sign said 15.98 i said cool and went to the register…they rang up 20 bucks so i said no the sign says 15 whatever they said no and i said where they wouldnt go check whatever fine finally they checked and told me fine i can have them for 15.98 which is technically what they were supposed to do mind you this is 15 min after they rang my stuff up. So i hand the manager my coupon she says you cant use this we just hooked you guys up with the 15 whatever price i said are you kidding you have to give it for the price thats advertised the manager just kept giving me dirty looks i said this isnt right i cant use my coupons because you guys messed up on the price somethings not right so my boyfriend stayed there and i went to the car and got my brother to go in there because i just had a baby im tired and upset because they are all over the place with me so then the manager just stands there and tells my brother and boyfriend there is nothing they can do there is a sign on the door that if an item rings up wrong you get it free FINE so gimme the diapers for free- NO they told my brother thats only for food THATS A LIE BECAUSE THINGS HAVE SCANNED WRONG BEFORE AND THEY GAVE THEM TO ME FOR FREE so my brother leaves-i call corporate they told me sorry and that a manager(big time corporate manager) will be calling me whats the manager gonna do? Im so upset we were in there at that one register almost an hour and left with NOTHING and by then the baby needed feeding again and i had to go home and go back out to get diapers somewhere else i am so upset something has to be done that’s false advertisement for one the sign on the door 2 the price was wrong and they faught with me about ringing it up the price thats there I DON’T GET it im talking to them i just want to know if anyone knows what i can do or say to make sure somethings done because im real upset

My husbands best friend of 16 years is having a baby. They were earning more than us,(she is now too pregnant to work), and have always/ still live well beyond their means. They eat out regularly, rent an aunts house which they haven’t paid rent in 3 months, buy designer clothes for them & unborn, have spent $4000 on baby gear,(not including nursery gear)- despite being offered free stuff from a brother who had used his stuff on 1 baby & they just got a personal loan for $20,000- for a car, & a $2000 engagement ring. When we give them advice on how to save, get their own home, save money by buying good quality but less expensive baby items & clothes, buy 2nd hand goods- they brush it off. They say they want only “the best” and it makes me feel like they think we dont want the best for our child or they think their money makes them better than us. We are in a great situation- own home,car-no debt, and they are nearly $40,000 in debt. Should I ignore them & smile or say something?

Man I seriously can’t wait to get married! I mean, how can you cheat when you have it there every night right beside you? You don’t have to look good, use pickup lines, flirt, risk rejection and humiliation, or do any of that stuff. It’s there, baby, and it’s not going anywhere!
So why do some men go through all the trouble of flirting, courtship, etc. to cheat on their wives? I mean, seriously, I wish I were married so I didn’t have to work so hard for sex!

I would always think if they couldnt get formula for free maybe they would nurse ? any comments ?

I mean the vaccines given at 8, 12 and 16 weeks of age in the UK. I believe they had at one point a Mercury based preservative. Are all baby vaccines now mercury free, and if so, do you know when they became mercury free?
