This isn’t really the most appropriate group to ask this question of but I would suggest you go to the manufacturer’s web site(s) and see if any of them are giving free samples, you may have to pay shipping though so they wouldn’t really be free to you.
You can also usually buy a sample package from them that would give you samples of the different types of incontinent products that they make. The price is usually very reasonable and gives you a wide variety to use to help you make up your mind what you would like to use all the time.
It sounds to me like you are afraid to or don’t have enough money to go buy your own and are looking for someone else to maintain your fetish or habit. Not really the best way to get diapers (nappies for our friends across the pond).

Truth is, there aren’t a lot of options for free diapers these days. With the rampant abuse of “free samples” by message boards and other internet posters companies have become more careful where they promote these kind of offers. Most freebies are only for a single diaper anyway.
There are a few charities that donate adult diapers to those in need, but they are intended for adults with a medical need for diapers, not a desire for them. Honestly, I just don’t have any good tips for you on this one. If you seriously have that limited of a budget to where you can’t afford them, try just buying a couple cloth diapers so you can use them repeatedly without constant expenses.

I think that you can go to comfortplus.com and they will mail you a free sample of tranquillity diapers. I got a couple free samples about a year ago.
