What Could Be The Reason For A 1 Week Loose Bowel Movement In A 4 Month Child?

My kid is 4 months old and she has been having loose bowel movement for 1 week. Her stool is watery, has a foul odor and seems to have mucus. She has a bowel movement almost after every feeding. She has no signs of dehydration, no fever and no stomach-ache. She is formula-fed. I changed her formula to lactose free but the symptoms still continue.

My baby is 1 week of being 4 months her bowel movements are still loose so its not unusual have you just started introducing solids? or something different in baby’s diet?
This could be the reason i gave my baby some mashed bananas the other day and the poop was disgusting!
its just there digestive system getting used to changes just push fluids and all should be ok
BUT if you haven’t changed there diet id mention it to a health professional

My girl was the same way and it was a lactose deal. Give it some time as it takes awhile for dairy to leave her system.
