Well if our gonna have the baby yourself it won’t be quick as it takes 9 months, as for cheap, you’ve got no chance babies, pre-schoolers teenagers in fact doesn’t matter what age they are they’re never cheap, clothe, food, doctors, dentist, treats, holidays, bigger house, bigger car and thats just naming a few things. And pain free what are you a wimp? Millions of woman give birth many without any pain relief, my 1st time i had an injection it did help with the contraction pain made me puke loads but didn’t stop the pain of actually pushing the baby out, and my 2nd i just used gas and air. If you really can’t handle pain then u can have an epidural or a c-section.
As for it’s language the baby will speak however you speak except if your adopting an older foreign child then they will speak the language of wherever they come from!!
Failing all of that adopt, foster, surrogacy or just don’t have any!!!!

if you are not willing to go through pain for a child-then its not a good idea for you to have them!….
as for cheap – remember you have to provide for your child – this is very expensive for the next 18 years!……
and babies dont talk any language – you have to teach it english!

adoptin is the quickest,having none is the cheap and pain free way to go. i have three and would go through the pain and all again its such a beautiful feeling

Do not have a baby , that will give you no expense at all , you should have no pain. and no baby, and if you can not communicate in the English Langage no one will be able to understand you in the English Language either. All negatives!! is that the right answer you are looking for?

if u r looking for the cheapest and fastest and pain free way, maybe u shouldnt have any children at all. they are not cheap. u cannot make them grow faster or learn faster. they cause many pains. beginning from their teething years to their teenage years.

babysit someones kids because there is know cheap painless way to have a baby I have good insurance plan so I dont have to pay to have a baby but you still have diapers and clothes doctors appointments etc to pay for
And no matter what labor is going to hurt there not going to let you get and epidural until you are 4 cm and if you get it early on there is a possbilitiy that the medicine will wear off
I dont think you have the proper view to have a child you sound young and this question is quite ridiculous
Adopt a 16 year old and send it straight out to work for a living.
