I know what you mean about the surveys. I do surveys through a couple companies and have received alot of free baby stuff but sometimes I just want some free stuff!!!!! Sign up for coupons from different baby companies like Huggies, Gerber, Pampers, etc..

Sign up at product websites,like Huggies,Gerber etc. All they want is your e-mail,home address etc. And your hospital will give you some as well before you are discharged.
you can get great coupons when you sign up on formula and diaper websites.
i signed up for huggies and swadllers they sends me a coupons. and also babycenter.
