Why Is It So Easy For Illegal Immigrants To Get Welfare In This Country But Not For Legal Poor Americans?
i just don’t understand my sister needed to get welfare while off work and they gave her the third degree but a mexican can walk in pretend to not understand a thing the npeople from the welfare office says and are just handed a med card and a food stamp card without question but my sister had to fight for hers that kind of stuff just really gets under my skin ..she even went to get free diapers for her baby and had to show all kinds of proof of income and they gave her a bunch of crap but the mexicans behind her came in and were allowed to just go get what they wanted …it makes me sick knowing so many working americas cant feed or diaper there kids and these mexicans walk in get everything free without question dont have to answer anything.. dont have to speek english ..but you know every time they walk out of the welfare offfice or the shealter thats giving free stuff away they get in big nice new suv’s and they always have a pocket full of money …it just makes me sick

The illegal immigrants will continue to corrupt America. We allow anyone to come in here, pop out babies like machine guns, (bonus check for welfare, which means more money) and allow anyone born here to become automatic U.S. citizens. Think of the U.S. as a small jar. Think of the world as a massive glass container. The marbles represent the people…as long as you try to put more and more in from the large jar (represents the entire world), to the small jar (U.S.), eventually, it will start overflowing. That is what is happening…overpopulation is HUGE right now. The rate we are going at, we won’t ever be able to build enough roads, houses, schools, hospitals, etc., the way we are growing. The economy is bashed every single year. I have no idea how much the budget is for illegals, but it has to be billions, even trillions of dollars. They come here, get free food, health care, rob from Social Security, live off of welfare. The more kids they have, the more checks they get, so why not have eight to ten kids? The financial burden is horrible…no telling how many trillions these illegals are costing us yearly. How do we stop this crisis? Well, just take the benefits away. If we didn’t have all the FREE things to offer, they wouldn’t be coming here. The education…HAVE ALL BOOKS IN ENGLISH. Don’t let the illegals get college education…take them back to Mexico if they can’t get citizenship (it’s not like it’s hard in the first place…it may be a long process, but not hard.) The unemployment rates will continue to rise because they come here, don’t work or anything, get everything for FREE, so why should they work…they just get everything handed to them in the first place. If they get paid to sit on their butts eating burritos all day instead of working, why not? Bringing more people in to take jobs…BS! If a legal U.S. citizen needs a job bad enough, he/she will do whatever they have to do to get that extra money.

Our country is–collapsing from the inside-out–because our legislators are completely oblivious to the interest of citizens and legal residents. California the SANCTUARY STATE, with Arizona, Texas and all border States are beginning to sink in a financial quagmire, because of the occupation and the pandering of Liberal-Democratic-Extremists, whose main believe is tax and spend. CALIFORNIA–the once vibrant state is turning into a third world society in hundreds of communities. If we don’t enforce the immigration “Rule of Law” our country great heritage will dwindle away into the immigration crisis, that many European countries whom are now teetering on the edge of fiscal and cultural collapse.
Until the US government summons the courage to provide massive penalties for anybody found as accomplice to assisting illegal aliens staying in America. Until businesses are fined $50.000 to $100.000 dollars for knowingly hiring each illegal immigrant, with an immediate passport to jail for any employer with no clemency. Or going straight to prison for at least one year on the first offense, for aiding and abetting foreign nationals. This type of rigid law will never happen, because immigration is just lip service to the public to show that Washington is superficially doing something. For decades, any kind of serious enforcement has always been trampled into the mud, by pandering politicians. If immigration laws were serious–they would have made trespassing into our country a mandatory felony as other countries, instead of a pathetic slap on the wrist. 20 to 30 million Illegal immigrants have been allowed to occupy our nation, because our lawmakers have been corrupted by the special interest lobbyists. Even the original design of the Southern border fence, was superseded by one single length instead of two, with vehicle surveillance lanes in between. More fencing and additional Border Patrol agents will not be sufficient to protect America because every one of our international airports is part of our border. Tom Tancredo previous Congressman for Colorado warns us that over 140 million international travelers passed through our 20 busiest international airports in 2008. Foreign students from the Middle East are bringing their wives and girlfriends here to have their babies in American hospitals, children who become instant American citizens – and “anchors” for their parents’ future green-card applications.
Large bankrolls have changed hands by wealthy corporate concerns, adding copious incentives to party campaigns to trample new laws. This has been illustrated by Sen. Harry Reid, Majority Speaker Nancy Pelosi and even head of our Homeland Security Janet Napolitano trying to collapse E-Verify. As Part of the SAVE ACT, E-Verify is one of our strongest tools, to eject illegal workers out of American jobs. E-Verify was nearly comprised by the Liberal Democrats, but it surfaced and came to the attention of the public and anti-illegal labor bloggers. Any enforceable law such as E-Verify, 287(g) local police detainment, ICE arrest have been secretly undermined by the legislators. Not completely, but enough to make them almost worthless. Today, more than ever before–we cannot trust our government, who supposedly take this oath office to protect the United States citizenship.
May be there is a light at the end of the tunnel, with the stunned expressions of Democrats when Scott Brown, beat Martha Coakley in the Massachusetts special election. State Sen. Brown has stated he is against any kind of AMNESTY or as its called by open border zealots Comprehensive immigration reform. The Senator also said that we are encouraging more illegal immigrants to come, by awarding AMNESTY. Just as millions more are expected, if the doors remain open before President Obama should sign into law this new act. You cannot stop a deluge with just a thin line of US Border Patrol agents. This is where we must–DEMAND–stringent fines and hefty prison sentences for business owners–with no exceptions. The new second generation well-funded E-Verify will make a giant difference, that will rid this country of illegal workers and those criminal businesses that believe they are above the law. The new E-Verify upgrade will whittle away at the estimated 8 million illegal workers in our country, with their only option to go–HOME?

Nathan Deal (R-Ga) is the principal author of H.R.1868, which repeals “birthright citizenship” by limiting citizenship to children born of citizens and legal permanent residents, not Tourists, foreign students, temporary workers or illegal aliens. Rep. Phil Gringrey (R-Ga) H.R.878 would end chain migration by limiting the relatives who qualify for “family reunification” to only immediate family members. Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va) bill, H.R.2305, will end the “diversity lottery” through which 55,000 green cards are awarded annually to people who are exempt from sponsorship and job-skill requirements. (Over 1.5 million legal immigrants enter America every year.) Rep. Marsha Blackburn’s (R-Tn) H.R.2406 will strengthen local law enforcement’s role in immigration enforcement, for example in extending the reach of 287(g) agreements between local police and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.

AMERICANS HAVE UNKNOWINGLY BEEN TAXED, TO SUPPORT INSTANT CITIZEN CHILDREN OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT MOTHERS, EDUCATION AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT AND FILLED OUR PLACES OF IMPRISONMENT. MASSIVE DOLLAR AMOUNTS CANNOT BE COUNTED, BUT CERTAINLY RIVAL THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR OUR WARS. Call the Capitol Switchboard at 202-224-3121 and asked for your Senator or Congressman. In addition bombard your State Representatives to enforce state laws. GET INVOLVED AND LEARN THE TRUTH AND NOT OPEN BORDER PROPAGANDA AT NUMBERSUSA AND JUDICIAL WATCH. STOP UNSUSTAINABLE OVERPOPULATION IN OUR FUTURE.
It is through their children who are born here the moment they enter the border. The same children who will get free education in our public school system. We should also keep note of the foreign born workers who are here with temporary working visas (IT workers!) who apply for Medicaid for themselves and their families and relatives even before they get to file their first income taxes if they do file.. The same workers who will make babies to become US citizens who will avail of public services because of their status. Whew! We need to work harder guys. A lot of people are relying on us to pay our taxes.
They don’t get welfare. They get benefits for their US born children who are US citizens.

As a former social services officer for the county of Los Angeles, I can assure you that most illegal immigrants DO NOT receive benefits from social services. They can, however, receive benefits for their children if they are US citizens. EVERYONE has to show proof of income, proof of citizenship (birth certificate, state issued ID, passport, green card) and proof of need (utility bills, medical bills, rent reciepts, eviction notices, etc.) With the Patriot Act, the guidelines for eligibility got even stricter, so even less people are able to receive benefits.
why does have to be Mexicans under the illegal immigration category huh?? what about the 2 million asians that came in illegally? what about the terrorists that came in through the canadian border huh? why does it have to be mexicans?? what about all the other races comming in?
Mexicans are not qualified for most welfare services so perhaps the people u think were Mexicans were really either citizens or residents of the USA , plus just so u know only a 5 percent of the undocumented have received any of the other kind of welfare services which they are allowed to receive according to Forbes magazine ( google it for yourself so u see i not lieing ) . about ur sister i am sorry for her and i agree with u there is a lot of Americans which should be being helped but unfortunately the Gov is wasting their money in other stuff which is useless such as perhaps the NASA project , so at the end who really is affecting ur sister is not the undocumented who also pay Taxes and don’t get them back but the people we have in the top and who should be helping Americans such as ur sister .

Yes they do get welfare and of all sorts. They get it because they commonly use fake Identifications with stolen Social Security Cards.
A year ago, finding out who was cheating was not possible. As we move toward the Real I.D., the ability to find the cheaters and deport them goes way up.
Easy answer, if the US denied welfare to a immigrant (or a mexican) then there would be protesters and a big deal, but to a Us resident its not as big as a deal.
You have to be a citizen to be on welfare. Trust me, illegal immigrants have it much harder than your sister.
Had you ever consider to try work and stop whining? America used to be great nation. Used to be. Now, you don’t believe in free market, in the fact that who is best (and cheapest) wins. You whine about Mexicans, try to take their job for their salary. You whine about foreign engineers and professionals with H1B visas, but would you rather prefer to pay double money for the same product? Or force companies to hire only ’second-best’ engineers but with ‘right’ citizenship? What about hiring only those who are in the party? What about five-years-plan, centrally controlled economy and other regulations and socialists bullshit?

The reason is because this country is afraid to deal with the issues that would arise if they were to refuse the Mexicans. They are too scared to do anything, it’s all political.
The Mexican government hands out booklets on how to get American services. You may wonder why Mexican illegal aliens have so many baby’s. As soon as they have one they go down to social security to register there new American citizen baby. Then they qualify for welfare. It amazes me how many people here are so hateful at the fact you point out Mexicans. But I say to them,come to LosAngeles and see how broke our city and state is because of this problem. It is estimated they cost the city alone $ 5 billion a year. Get real you left wing Libby’s.
this happens all the time, but no one wants to admit that illegals get welfare since they are suppose to be such hard workers, ha. Another case of an American citizen being denied something that’s given to an illegal, tell her to walk in the office wearing an ICE or border patrol hat or shirt, watch how fast the waiting room empties.
